Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026 · Draft, pending legal review
These terms apply to Learning Studio at this address. By signing in or using it you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may do so.
The service
Learning Studio helps you plan and draft learning materials with AI assistance. It is offered as an early-access service and may change, be limited or be paused while it develops. Daily usage limits may apply.
Your content
You keep ownership of the briefs, sources and materials you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share, or confidential or sensitive personal data that the service does not need.
AI-generated drafts
Drafts are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Review, edit and approve everything before you use it with learners. You are responsible for how you use the output, including checking facts, sources and compliance with your organisation’s policies.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or access other people’s workspaces.
- Do not use it to create unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
- Do not resell or automate access without our written agreement.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” during early access, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using AI-generated drafts.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the privacy request form.
