Library module licence terms

These terms cover the free module you can download from the learning library. Modules you buy are covered by the same terms unless your order says otherwise. The general terms of use and privacy policy also apply.

What you may do

• Upload the package to your own learning management system (LMS) and give it to your own employees, learners or members.
• Use it for as long as you wish. The free module costs nothing.
• Share it inside your organisation, including with staff of group companies you control.

What you may not do

• Sell, rent, sublicense or give the package to people outside your organisation, or post it on a public website, file-sharing site or course marketplace.
• Present it as your own work, or remove the My Learning Studio name, logo and credits. Branding changes are part of a paid order.
• Take out and reuse the narration, illustrations, text or code separately from the module.
• Use the module to train an AI model.

Who owns what

My Learning Studio keeps ownership of the module and everything in it. This licence is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred. Your own learner records stay yours.

How the module handles data

The module reports progress, scores and completion only to the LMS that launches it (or to the learning record store your LMS provides). It does not send learner data to us. Details you give on the download form are used as set out in the privacy policy, to send you the package and to reply to you.

What we have tested, and what we have not

We test modules on SCORM Cloud and in other systems as stated on the library page. Your LMS may behave differently, so please test the module with a few learners before a wide launch. If something does not work in your LMS, write to us and we will look at it.

Content made with AI

The narration uses a synthetic voice and some illustrations are made with AI tools. Scenarios and people in the module are fictional. Learning content is general guidance for practice, not legal, medical or HR advice. Check it against your own policies before you rely on it.

Warranty and liability

The free module is provided “as is”, without a promise that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for the free module is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Paid modules and customisation

Price, delivery format (SCORM 1.2, and on request xAPI, cmi5 or SCORM 2004) and customisation are agreed in your order. Customisation included with a purchase covers your logo and colours, your names and terms, and one round of edits. New scenarios and new languages are quoted separately. The order states whether use is for one organisation or more.

Changes, ending and contact

We may update these terms and the free module, and will change the date above when we do. If you break these terms we may end your licence. Questions: support@mylearningstudio.in. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
