My Learning Studio is four connected products for learning teams: Eidos creates learning programmes from one brief, Scenos builds e-learning modules, Hodos is the learning platform that delivers and tracks them, and Pharos runs 360 feedback surveys as an add-on to Hodos.

No. Eidos and Scenos each work on their own, with their own sign-in and saved work. Pharos is an add-on to Hodos. The products fit together, but you can use any of them without the others.

Eidos and Scenos: sign in with Google, or with your email and a password. Hodos and Pharos: sign in with your email and password. If it is your first time, or you forgot your password, choose "Forgot your password" on the sign-in page and we email you a link to set one. Signing in to one product does not sign you in to the others.

Hodos and Pharos are set up for your organisation by us, so your people can be invited into the right workspace. Book a demo and we will arrange it with you.

You can open the Scenos editor and build without signing in; your work then stays in your browser. To save projects to an account and open them on any device, sign in with Google or your email.

When you sign in we record your name and email address. Eidos and Scenos then ask a few short questions about you (organisation, job title, department, experience and what you will mainly use the product for) and ask for your consent. Passwords are stored in a protected, one-way form. Read the privacy policy for the full detail, including how to ask for your data to be removed.

From one brief (your goal, audience and constraints) Eidos creates a complete learning programme: a facilitator guide, participant workbook, trainer slides, job aid and evaluation plan.

Yes. Eidos is free to use: sign in with Google or your email and start designing. To keep it fair for everyone, each account has a daily limit on how many AI documents it can create.

Yes. You can review the design and export editable Word, PDF and PowerPoint files for your team.

Yes. The sample pack shows a real brief and the training pack made from it.

Interactive e-learning modules. Design freely on a slide canvas with layers and objects, or stack ready-made blocks into a scrolling module. Add click-to-reveal content, quizzes with scoring, simple motion, audio and video.

Yes. Scenos is free to use: sign in with Google, or with your email and a password, to save projects to your account.

No. Scenos works in your browser with no code and no AI.

Export it as a standard SCORM 1.2 package and upload it to any SCORM-compatible learning management system, including Hodos.

Single choice, multiple choice, true or false and fill in the blank, with feedback, retries and a pass mark.

Work you do without signing in stays in your browser, so keep a backup file. When you sign in to Scenos you can save projects to your account and open them on any device.

Hodos is a learning platform. You assign courses and learning paths, learners work through them in one place, and you track progress and completion. It supports reusable course content, SCORM packages, classroom sessions with reminders and calendar invites, assessments and certificates.

Yes. You can upload what you already have, including SCORM packages, which launch, resume and report scoring and completion.

Build modules in Scenos and export them as SCORM for Hodos. Add Pharos to gather 360 feedback surveys on the same platform.

A survey that gathers feedback about a person from the people they work with, such as their manager, peers and team, so that the results can become a development plan.

Groups below the anonymity threshold are never shown, so honest feedback stays safe. Reports are released only when you are ready, after you have reviewed the comments.

No. Each reviewer receives their own private link.

Pharos is an add-on to Hodos, so it is set up together with a Hodos workspace for your organisation.
